Congratulations to Connie Rocha-Mimoso, the Director of Community Health Services for Seven Hills Foundation, who has dedicated her career to the agency, staff, clients, and community. Connie is an Overdose Prevention Trainer and since 2008, she has led the Narcan pilot program. She is a pioneer in fighting the opioid crisis and supporting men at risk for HIV/AIDS.  Connie has partnered with Police Departments statewide,  presented at national conferences, and is a valued member of numerous boards and task forces.

One of the outcomes Seven Hills Foundation was hoping for with the report: The Foreign-Born Population of Worcester, MA, was to create a fact-based and less polarizing dialogue on the impact of the immigration and refugee communities in the Worcester area.  This column appears to do just that.
