Mr. Reibsome, I am sorry you feel the way you do about the service that was provided after hours on July 11th. However, I listened to your call, and our customer service representative explained our policies and our after-hours charge of $133.00 versus our regular business hours diagnostic charge of $89.00, in fact you questioned yourself on whether you should wait until the morning to call in to receive the discounted price. You also stated that you had tried to fix it yourself and feared you had done further damage. Once our technician diagnosed the issue completely, he then explained what needed to be fixed and the amount of repair, in which you signed off on the work order accepting the charges. Service Today does not charge by the hour, we charge per the job level, in which your repairs would qualify as a Level 4 repair, which is not a minor repair. After reviewing the telephone call, and the work order I do not feel that at any point of contact we were misleading.
