Here's a small treasure for lovers of history: Biographies of nearly 1,500 former Pennsylvania state senators are now available online in a searchable database that covers the entire history of the Pennsylvania Senate, from the first senators who served in 1791 through those whose service concluded just last year: http://www.legis.state.pa.us/cfdocs/legis/BiosHistory/index.cfm?body=S

We should eliminate per diems and require receipts for reimbursement in the General Assembly. I strongly support legislation being introduced by Sen. Randy Vulakovich and Sen. Pat Stefano to get this common-sense reform enacted into law: http://www.legis.state.pa.us/cfdocs/Legis/CSM/showMemoPublic.cfm?chamber=S&SPick=20150&cosponId=15774

Pennsylvania residents should be able to to purchase beer, wine, and liquor outside of the Commonwealth and bring those purchases home without fear of criminal prosecution. http://www.legis.state.pa.us/cfdocs/Legis/CSM/showMemoPublic.cfm?chamber=S&SPick=20150&cosponId=15637

The General Assembly gave first approval to three proposed constitutional amendments during the 2013-14 legislative session. All three proposed amendments need to be approved by the G.A. a second time during the 2015-16 session, then they will be placed on the ballot for voter approval. Read all three here: http://goo.gl/Do8Qif

Attorney Generals Office. PROSECUTION OF GAS LIGHTING SCHEME:On July 23, 2012 in Westmoreland County when A July 9th Allegheny County Protection From Abuse was presented in Westmoreland County,  Karen Crow  Esq from Laurel Legal had a copy of a incident report from the Springdale police department and Brian Buttacavoli's felony arrest. He was arrested when he was served with the PFA on July 9th. While I testified at this PFA hearing, Karen Crow said to me and to the court, I didn't know you already had a PFA, I didnt already have a Protection from abuse I just filed this PFA on July 9th. Judge Alexander Bicket  Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County had already vacated the sexual abuse portion of this PFA in Allegheny County, on July 13 2012. On July 23,  Judge Bononi in Westmoreland County wrote that the issues on the PFA, which were infront of her, would be addressed in Allegheny County according to the 1/23/2012 Concent to vacate which was an order from the first PFA that I filed while at the Women's Center and Shelter in Pgh. with my daughter, Bicket ordered that if I didn't agree to vacate this PFA, he Alexander Bicket would give Buttacavoli full custody of a child that was removed from the fathers custody because she was assaulted. Bicket already vacated the felony PFA in Allegheny County before the PFA hearing in Westmoreland County.
Children Youth and Families had removed my daughter from his custody for indecent assault, and that was why I was at the shelter with her. Judge Alexander Bicket Protected a felon and child sexual offenders in Family Court for his own gain and settlement of two cases. This became a case of gas lighting where anything that I reported was denied that it ever happened. I was in contempt then to take her to the drs, I was incontempt if I made reports to Children Youth and Families. This judge worked as a part of this scheme to her. Judge Alexander Bicket is committing this crime with the sexual offenders. For his own gain. Sabrina Sorbel from the Women's Center and Shelter was Payton's attorney for the first PFA.  BICKET WAS NOT SWORN IN AS A JUDGE WHEN ORDERED THAT THE PROTECTION FROM ABUSE HAD TO BE VACATED. He signed it BIV.  BICKET AGAIN VACATED  THE JULY 9 PFA. There are now numerous non-profits involved and day cares involved. He vacates the PFAs.  Im asking for your support at the state level  for criminal prosecutions of  Alexander Bicket and the others involved in this gas lighting scheme. Which this is then more than rape, this is over and over to her and It never happened.

According to the latest Census Bureau estimates, Pennsylvania’s population grew by 0.7 percent between April 1, 2010 and July 1, 2014. Pennsylvania -- with a total population of 12,787,209 -- remains the sixth largest state behind California, Texas, Florida, New York and Illinois. The growth rate of the nation over the same time period was 3.3 percent. For the Northeast region, the rate was 1.5 percent.

I strongly support Sen. John Rafferty's efforts to reform the Delaware River Port Authority (#DRPA). The #PASenate passed this bill last session, hopefully it will get all the way to the Governor's desk this year.

I strongly support two important reforms being introduced soon by Senator Lisa Baker and Senator Lloyd Smucker. Senator Baker's bill will put the #PASenate's ban on cash gifts (including gift cards and gift certificates) into law, and make it apply to public officials across the state: http://goo.gl/cT3k5L

Senator Smucker's bill would enact a more comprehensive gift ban for public officials in Pennsylvania: http://goo.gl/GIl6yF

Pennsylvania state Senator representing parts of Chester & Delaware counties, Senate Majority Leader.
Introduction

Senator Dominic Pileggi was elected Majority Leader by his colleagues in November 2006, 2008 and again in 2010. He has represented the Ninth Senatorial District, which includes portions of Chester and Delaware Counties, since winning a special election in October 2002.

As Majority Leader, Senator Pileggi determines legislative priorities, manages the Senate calendar, builds consensus on legislation to be voted, and serves as one of the chief negotiators of the annual state budget. He chairs the Rules and Executive Nominations Committee and is a member of the Appropriations Committee and the Legislative Reapportionment Commission.

A staunch advocate of improving government accountability, Senator Pileggi led the effort to rewrite the state's 50-year-old Open Records Law, making most government records open to citizens. He was instrumental in reforming Senate Rules to make the process more transparent.
