We visited and toured the facility after the MRRF 2016. Grest group of people working and bringing a great product to the 3d printing world. Guys are passionate about their products and new developments.

Super awesome printer and even better customer service! We have the Rostock Max V2. It's amazing! the instructions for putting it together were crazy easy to follow especially considering what a complex machine it is. And every time we've needed help from their customer support they've been fantastic. The first time was when the kit arrived, the LCD smart controller had blip on the screen, We contacted them and they sent us a new one pronto. The second time was just today. We've recently been having issues with the print head temperature. I thought that we would have to replace the whole head but I decided to contact them and see if they had any alternatives. They emailed me back in literally 5 minutes! They had not only diagnosed the problem, but also told me how to confirm that it was the problem, sent me a link to the part I needed, and sent me a link a Youtube video showing how to replace the problem part! And the part I needed was only $4 instead of the $65 I thought that I would have to spend for a new print head! I recommend See Me CNC to anyone who is looking to buy a 3D printer. Their printers are amazing and their customer service is easily the best of any company that I have ever encountered.
