For more details see website: http://sedgemoorconservationvolunteers.org.uk/?page_id=98

Work sites are owned by Somerset Wildlife Trust(SWT), Natural England(NE), Butterfly Conservation(BB),  Plantlife International(PI), Woodland Trust(WI) or perhaps a private individual(PNR) and operated as Nature Reserves. They provide our insurance cover, but to comply, we ask that those under 12 be accompanied by an adult. We supply protective gear where required as well as tools, hot drinks and training. Please wear suitable work clothes and bring boots or Wellies, waterproofs and lunch. We meet at 10.30am and aim to finish about 4.00pm. - but come and go as you are able. Usually, there is an opportunity to explore the reserve with the officer, warden or manager.
