This place is trash!! I went there a few moths ago because I had a door lock problem and needed it to be fixed, and buy a remote key if necessary. When I walked in the young lady behind the counter didn't look up, or greeted or anything, she was on her iPhone. I had to greet her and explain the reason why I was there. She tells me the technician can't help me, but she can't tell me why. I was stunned. I was like, then who's here that can help me then? She asked to come back the next day, because the technician got the flu or something. I was like, so because one guy is sick, no one else can provide the service? She looked at me clueless, I could not believe her stupidity, and I thought she probably didn't graduate from high to be so shitty. But it wasn't over. As my frustration was building up, some guy popped his head out of a room to tell me: "I'm sick dude, sorry I can't help you." So the moron was actually physically there, and just decided he was going take the day off. And he called me dude...if he was closer to me I don't even know what I would have done to him. Then when I told them all off and tell them what a bad customer service they were, the guy and the girl stated to have an argument like maybe they were dating and were going through some drama. Maybe that's why neither wanted to do their job. It was the worst customer service I've ever had. I left that place and obviously I'll never go back there. But whoever the manager is needs to shut it down and send those employees back to where they belong. That was pathetic!

I stopped by their shop with two nissan keys that needed to be cut. My first mistake is not asking what they would charge to cut them. A very friendly lady took my keys and gave them to a guy in the next room, thirty seconds later he came out and dropped them on the counter in front of me. then I got the shock of my life, Ten $10.00 to cut the two keys, thirty seconds work. I will not go back to their establishment for any reason, and will not give any recommendations for them.

I was in town on business and lost my keys to my truck the day before I was to go home and see my wife and kids. Out of all the places I called these guys were the fairest on price and these guys were there to save my butt. I have a newer model truck and at first they couldn't match the keys, so the tech had other calls to run to and said he'd figure this out for me and come back after work hours. This guy came back an hour later with his boss too and they made me a key to start my truck and saved my weekend with my family and at half the price every other company wanted to charge me!!! Beware of the rest trust me!! I was quoted $600 plus by everybody I called, these guys went above and beyond their duties for $310.05...thanks Brad and Mike you guys are awesome and decent guys in my book..makes me laugh when I read the comment about the guy who cried about making two keys for $10.. These folks have always been super friendly with me and mine. (They're efficient and fast, too!) A few years back, our elderly, blind poodle wandered away from home and almost (!) made it all the way to I-44. The folks at Security Lock Service kept him from wandering onto the highway, gave him ice water and cold chicken, and called the number on his tag, thus alerting us to his whereabouts. We went and got him (SLL is just blocks from our home in Denniston Park). We will always be eternally grateful to SLL for this great kindness. Not only are they wonderful locksmiths -- they're also just really, really good people. Best regards, Matt McNeil & Paul Paris Oklahoma City, OK
