Very sorry to hear you had a poor experience. However it is disappointing that you choose to publicly comment rather than speaking with us, i'm sure we could have assisted you. The fact is you had a very restrictive budget, with unusual surface conditions, coupled with a request to have an on site test of the forklift. We complied with your requirements, sourcing a unit that met your budget and delivering it to you. we made it clear that if you rejected the forklift you would be liable for transport costs but you chose to test the forklift at your premises. if you had of inspected the forklift at our factory then you would not have been out of pocket. After you rejected this forklift we had another option however we decided that we could not deliver a product to you that you would be satisfied with and decided not to go ahead with another test. Hearing that you would have been happy to pay more for a better unit is news to us, previously I had heard nothing of the sort, however if you are willing to do so please get in touch with us and we will be happy to supply something of higher quality.
