We accidentally paid for tickets twice and staff were very accommodating as they helped to refund us the extras. We loved the ride up and almost rented some snowshoes, but decided to huff it in our boots -- stayed on just the closest trails and went to a nice lookout. Loved the view. We also almost went tubing but opted against it, since dragging your tube up the hill looked like more work than we were in the mood for, but I bet it's fun! Did find the food overpriced, but delicious nonetheless. Would love to go again some time! Don't forget your camera!

Beautiful view from the top. We went snowshoeing here around Christmas, and thought that this is a great spot that's not far out from Vancouver. I recommend!

Awesome day trip from Vancouver. It was busy the day we went (holiday Monday), but one of the women working in the gift shop said it was one of the busiest days of the year. We hiked a couple short trails at the top which are well maintained and well marked. I would suggest talking to a staff member to determine the best trails for your ability, but there's something for almost anyone. Everything was beautiful, the view from the gondola and the deck at the top were well worth it. We easily spent about five hours here, could have been longer!

Awesome views. You must go to see how wonderful it is! Easy hiking trails on the top, a suspension bridge, viewing platforms to Howe Sound. I had to update my previous review. I went there today (Aug 19) and service was awful. They were short on waitress (I saw just one who didn't bother to come to our table). We had to get up and pick food at the cafeteria and it wasn't tasty. Also, beer was warm. I only don't downgrade the 5 stars I gave previously because the views and everything else is so great that I can't give less than five starts. Next time I will bring my own food. I would recommend the same. Buy a lunch box in any grocery store before getting there and you will be fine.

Had a great time snowshoeing! The trails were in great shape & the scenery was stunning. Would not recommend it on a rainy day. The Gondola ride is just not worth it, if you can't get the views. Will go back for more snowshoeing and summer hiking.

It's not too far from the city but not as crowded as Cypress or Seymour. The facilities are brand new. The vistas on the Gondola ride to the top is a bonus!

Best way to see the mountains. Absolutely stunning. Dress warm it can get pretty cold.

Drove over an hour to get there. Watched two guys get on the lift then was told it was closed. The woman who they sent me to was so incredibly rude to me for no reson, I ended up just leaving...if you hate your job that much you should quit so your miserable life don't affect the rest of us. Asked if I should go in the Web site every day to check for availability on the lift was told no don't need to worry. But yet it's the following day and unless I checked the website I would have wasted more of my time and money. No thanks to the workers at this place. In my opinion they make money off the fact that they are open and people will go there no matter what the staff are like.they are rude and I wouldn't waste my time going there to deal with them.
