Did you know the word ergonomic comes from the Greek roots Ergon (to work) and Nomos (natural laws)?

Computer Ergonomics - (https://goo.gl/KyBuRt)

Employees are an employer's biggest asset. By taking care of employees, the company will also reap the benefits. When healthy behavior and safety are a focus, employees are often happier and more productive. Less sick time is used, and workers' comp and health benefits can be reduced.

Employers can promote employee health by starting promotions at work. Have a health fair, provide ergonomic chairs and electronic equipment, encourage lunchtime stretching and exercise.

Teach employees exercises that can be done at their computer to help with fatigue and stress from repetitious tasks. Arm rotations, wrist flexing, shoulder squeezes and shoulder rotation can build stamina and improve circulation.
