You might have heard a little chatter about a recent Google search results update, but was it linked to our most noted algorithms? According to Google, this was not related to Penguin or Panda. Thanks for clearing the air! http://searchengineland.com/google-confirms-making-tweaks-search-results-says-no-update-announce-214401

I met Will Scott a few years back and he has been a huge local search/business mentor ever since then. He is one of the few individuals who has been able to scale local search service while still providing a high level custom approach to his clients. Also, I have now seen many of the Search Influence team speak at Search Marketing Expo conferences, Getlisted Conferences, and Pubcon and share some of their tactics and studies with other SEO's to better the entire search industry. That shows real class. When we are not taking clients, Search Influence is the first company I recommend.

I have worked with Will and Search Influence numerous times over the past few years and have been extremely satisfied with the results. Whenever I don't have capacity I often send clients over to Will without hesitation. He recently helped one of my clients grow organic traffic by about 40% over a few months via content creation and linkbuilding. I'll +1 him whenever Google gets around to adding +1s to Place Pages (which btw I can't believe they haven't done yet).

I have used Search Influence to perform work on behalf of my own clients, and I've been very pleased with the results. Even though they're based in Louisiana, I've contracted for their work over here in Dallas, so they really can do nationwide work even though they are a search marketing agency located in New Orleans. They're honest, easy to work with, and pleasant. I'd trust them to do my internet advertising any time!

Will Scott is one of the few people in the entire country that I refer prospective clients to on a regular basis. His ability to maximize budgets of every size is truly remarkable. A true thought leader in the Local/SMB search engine marketing space.

The New Orleans Wine & Food Experience (more commonly known as NOWFE) was truly a fun and entertaining event. Several of our team members had the opportunity to attend the various events, and all of them had a blast! We especially enjoyed the Royal Street Stroll, which was a night of great food and wine coupled with touring the art galleries and shops down Royal Street. We will definitely be attending next year!

Boucherie is a great quirky spot right off Carrollton that our company likes to use for lunch or dinner meetings with clients. The food is superb and although the converted Carrollton cottage small, the atmosphere is just right for taking a client or colleague to lunch. White table cloths make for a nice feel and the service is great everytime. Try the Pulled Pork Po'Boy and Krispy Kreme Bread Pudding!

Lebanon's Cafe is a favorite of most of our employees. We often order take out when we have internal meetings over lunch and everyone always enjoys the food! The lunch specials and dinner plates provide a lot of food for the price. The guys in the office are usually full after we eat Lebanon's which is not an easy feat. The ladies usually double up and split one of the lunch plates. Chicken Schwarma and Gyro are the two usuals for our team!

Working with the Wegmann Dazet accountants has been a breath of fresh air. We interviewed a number of New Orleans area accountants and were amazed that in our first meeting, rather than trying to sell us, Lisa Englade and her partners were trying to solve problems for us. Lisa and her associates help keep us organized and assure we are on time with deadlines. Our last accountant would call us on April 15th after having emailed us a payment voucher. Wegmann Dazet has us planning the whole year in advance. We couldn't be happier with the CPAs of Wegmann Dazet. They have skilled pros who've helped us with QuickBooks support, taxes, tax credits, budgeting and HR consulting and we've loved each and every moment. They are really knowledgable with tax incentives and have helped us to save a lot of money year after year. We can't recommend them highly enough!

With a staff almost 50 full timers, our team is always looking for great places to eat in the Riverbend. La Madeleine is without a doubt one of our favorite go tos! The food is always fresh and the staff couldn’t be friendlier. Only 5 blocks from our office on Oak St, this location is so convenient and right on the streetcar line for those enjoying an afternoon in uptown New Orleans. They also offer online orders for take out.

As a company in uptown New Orleans with occassional business travellers, we needed to find safe and comfortable accommodations nearby. Our guests especially appreciated the hospitality of the Park View Guest House staff. They serve breakfast in the morning and the guest rooms are clean and victorian-looking. Many of the rooms also enjoy a gorgeous view of nearby Audubon Park and provide guests easy access. We heard from our guests that they felt safe and cared for upon arrival because they required a password to enter the bed & breakfast lobby after 7 p.m. and a room key and welcome letter were left at the front desk. If you're looking for accommodations away from the bustling French Quarter and downtown NOLA, we highly recommend the Park View Guest House!

Our company has been using a Pure Water Technology filter for about a year now. We switched from Kentwood when the number of bottles they delivered were too unwieldy for our rapidly growing office. We've put 2984 gallons through it (according to the read out on the filter) and it tastes great. Many in our office use the hot water for tea and it is the perfect temperature every time. Our staff has been extremely happy with the product and service. A Pure Water Technology filter is highly recommended for an office with 10+ people. We stopped using Kentwood when we had about 20 employees and now that we're closing in on 50, we can't imagine how many 5 gallon water bottles the water guy would have to haul up the stairs!
