Google doesn't seem to be losing much by Apple's efforts in the short term. Then again, how much does being dumped out of Maps hurt Google? And what about Siri as a search engine? Apple is picking its battles, albeit quietly.

+Search Engine Land Flip the scenario on its head - what if Google divorced from Apple in a pre-emptive strike, blocking access to all Google products from an iOS device. How would an Apple user feel if their hardware cant access Google Maps, Search, YouTube, etc. That shiny iThing wouldn't be that cool anymore. As your excellent article says, Apple have a lot to lose by pissing off Google.

iPhone 3GS and 4 users dont even have Siri

THIS IS A SILLY DEBATE ABOUT SILLY LITTLE BOYS WHO DON'T WANT TO SHARE TOYS...

Unfortunately we all get to suffer cauze there is no sharing, and some things wont work on others platforms, so we all get stuck with half baked stuff that goes on the blink when we need them most....

These guys need a wake up call, but think they are toooooo big to fail. So what to do? any good suggestions?
