I had a random thought.

Oh yeah I suppose I should share it..
With +Google Glass now being on kit Kat, and given the large amounts of great developers such as those over on +xda-developers.

How long until we see a custom Rom for Glass? But then again why do we want / need a custom Rom?

That also brings up the question of IF a custom Rom would work, and would it work with the apps that are already on the Glass pages.

At some point, I'd like a custom ROM that works with GDK apps, but has the Google cloud services garbage excised.

My day just isn't complete without a little porn. Food porn that is.

Here we have grilled asparagus, crusted with fresh cracked pepper, Mediterranean sea salt, fresh ground garlic, then topped with parmesan Romano asiago cheeses.

Fresh home made scalloped potatoes

And a nice dry rub slab of prime rib, flashed on the grill, then hickory smoked for a few hours, then let to sit for a bit before slicing and serving.

Fresh home made dill / sweet deviled eggs.

And for dessert.... Fresh strawberry short cake.

+Dawn Martin The smoked Prime Rib was PERFECT.  So much so, that I had thirds.

Is anyone planning a trip to Denali this summer? If you are, I can help you get some good discounts at a few places there.

I am entertaining the idea of a #GlassFamily  meet up here in beautiful Alaska.

Starting off here in my home town of Anchorage, then maybe on up to Denali National park.  Then on the return down to Seward and Homer Alaska.

I am thinking about a week's time, so as you all have a good chance to really SEE Alaska.  Quite a few of the tours I would guide you on are inexpensive or even free.  Some however depending on the amount of people coming, we could qualify for a group discount (if not a GLASS discount).

Of course no tour (of mine) would be complete without having the Glass Family come out for a camp fire on my land in Ninilchik Alaska.  Overlooking Deep Creek, with Eagles soaring above.

Hmmm...I think it's a fair assumption. Just as assuming that these kids would have done something like this if they weren't under the influence. Who's to say? 50/50 that it was because of the marijuana.

I'm steaming mad! At dinner tonight my son informed us that today he was held down by several kids at school, another held his mouth open while another student forced rocks and crap into his mouth.

He's also informed me that the same students the previous day hit him in the mouth, while another kicked him in his crotch.

I'm not going to work in the morning. I'm going to have me a nice chat with the principal.

Good to see the right thing happened and you might have a genius on your hands. I do not know how to code and have an idea for an app which should be pretty easy maybe he will take to it and he can build it

This morning, while drinking my second bowl of coffee. My 7 year old son comes down the stairs, tests his breakfast and then grabs up his Galaxy note. He starts waking away from them stops and turns to me. He says "daddy, you know what really bugs me?" I said. No what? Without skipping a beat here looks up at me and said. "Mosquitoes."

Now most folks would have grunted or groaned. Instead I thought to myself he needs his own +Google Glass. He would fit right in with the #glassfamily

He's a chip off the old block.

They were great, made the best nachos in town. Sadly they have closed after all these years due to greed of the food court proprietors.

14 Years in Anchorage and I've never been there. My wife got hungry on our weekly outings. She decided on giving them a try. We've been back there 6 times more now. Quiet atmosphere, good service, GREAT food. Pricing is on par with other family restaurants.

Great service, we loved the dry rub wings, they weren't swimming in oil like most every other place. Their Philly cheese steak is about the best in town. Come hungry, leave full and happy. Prices are on par with other similar restaurants.
