Lack of talent will be a real issue for companies in the next year. Companies that are forward thinking and begin training current employees now could help reduce the impact. Santa Clarita businesses should contact College of the Canyons to find out about their customized workforce training and certification programs. http://www.ciodive.com/news/survey-it-leaders-will-face-a-lack-of-tech-talent-within-12-months/441600/
