SCC is the proud sponsor of our 100th bird species! There are a few dedicated people who visit campus each month, even in the summer heat, to document the amazing variety of bird species that visit our campus. Recently, they reached a milestone. The 100th species of bird to visit campus. Some birds live here year around and others may stop by as they migrate in fall and spring. We should all be proud of our campus and its native plants which help attract the many bird species that visit. So keep your eyes open as our fall migrators start visiting.
