We have used Scott Hale Plumbing for a variety of concerns including water heater maintenance and upkeep, furnace maintenance, and most recently installation of water softener and water purifier. In general, I have been pleased with their service but recently felt that installation of a water purifier could have been better handled. Size of unit was not clearly explained so takes up more space then I expected. The unit does a great job of giving clean and tasty water, but once the tank under the sink needs to refill again, it causes a most annoying drip/gurgling sound as water is filtered back into the tank. I was not told about this feature and would not have had this device installed if I had been aware of this issue. The unit is a Pentek RO 2550 4 stage reverse osmosis water filtration system. So make sure to get all your questions answered about this system and if you are sensitive to dripping sounds that can go on for up to an hour and have the filtration unit right in your kitchen...just be aware. I am not pleased.....there were also communication conflicts between the seller of the units ie softener and purifier and the actual plumber who installed both items ie they were not on the same page when discussing/installing each item

We live in a 120 year old house that has had numerous, clueless DIY owners. Turns out part of the sewer line to the street was still clay, which collapsed a week & a half or so ago. Called Scott Hale's office on Friday, a technician came out Monday, determined the problem & work started early AM Tuesday morning. By Thursday afternoon, the sewer pipe had a new liner & the driveway had been returned to its original condition. Thanks so much, Dan Mason, PJ & Jed!!! Great job...you guys ROCK!!!

January 2016 - Phil Munk and Justin S. installed a humidifier in my home, and as always, they were competent, courteous, and quick. Scott Hale is our go-to plumbing and HVAC company. Thanks again! June 2015 - Phil Munk from Scott Hale was personable and professional...he created a detailed estimate with several options and completed the work as promised. He even came back later to check that everything was working great. Thanks!

Scott Hale Plumbing fully met its commitment and our expectation to address a broken sewer line. They came in within their contractual estimate, and in a timely manner. All of the the folks we met (including Paul, Phil, Jeb, Josh, Dan and Jaren) were professional and pleasant, and treated our home with care. As a slight hiccup in the process, the work did not begin in the early morning as expected, and that tardy start delayed completion for at least one day -- especially disappointing since we were without a sewer connection while waiting. Also, Scott Hale positions itself with premium prices, albeit in the end the premium was competitive. I recommend this firm.

I was very disappointed with the technician's work. Only 2 burners of 3 would light up and so the furnace would not start automatically. The technician came and he just took the burners out and blew them and changed the valves and adjusted the gas pressure. He then proceeded to tell me that the motor was making a weird noise and was using more current that it should. He then told me that I would have to replace the induction assembly, valve, burners and flame sensor totaling $2577. He also quoted me $3500 for a new furnace and said i could put it on my credit card. I am glad i did not fall for that. On my best friend's suggestion I decided to get a second opinion and called AirNow Heating and Air Conditioning. The technician was amazing. He ran all the checks and said that the only problem was with my burner assembly which he ordered and replaced for $200. Furnace has been working like brand new again. I was very impressed with his troubleshooting skills because he completely washed the burner and then blew it with compressed air to ensure there was no problem there. The Scott Hale guy did not even do that. The diagnostic fee for airnow is higher than scott hale by $20, however it is definitely worth it. I would never recommend Scott Hale to any friend of mine.

I love Scott Hale Plumbing! They're simply awesome. We are in the middle of a bathroom remodel. We had another plumber lined out for certain days to meet our tight deadline to finish our remodeling project before the Christmas Holiday. After the third time of the other plumber calling to say, the morning of, that they were not coming because they had a bigger - more important job, I called Scott Hale Plumbing. Not only did they arrive when they promised they would arrive. They did not complain or tell me, how the job cannot be done. Instead they happily told me that they could take care of my job and stayed late into the evening to get the job done so that my remodeling project could continue as planned. They are truly a life saver! Scott Hale Plumbing exceeded my customer service expectations by a landslide. They are my new go to plumber and they should be your plumber as well. It is so refreshing to have a plumber who treats their small customers as well as their large customers and are willing to happily do the job at hand! Thanks to Wes, Eric and Sterling for staying late and finishing the job! Can't thank them enough for their tremendous customer service and work ethic!

My furnace was dead yesterday, and the guys came in, and in 4 hours took out a 60yr old furnace, put in a new Lennox furnace and central air (1st one). The 3 J's were wonderful. Very friendly, positive attitude, cleaned up everything so it looked better than when they came in, and answered all my questions. I was Very impressed with the whole experience. The 3 J's were great.

I had Wes & Paul out to my house for a drain issue. After they crawled around the crawl space below our 100+ year old house they gave us the unfortunate news that our very old drain lines needed replaced. While our drain issue quickly escalated to a major plumbing project they were both very professional with options and suggestions. I had a quote for a whole house job about 8 years ago. The quote they gave me was very close to that old quote. When the demo and install time came Wes & Paul were great in talking about my concerns and thoughts to the install team of Greg and Travis. Greg and Travis were great on their work. The job was very messy due to going in and out of the crawl space. they did an excellent job of cleanup to avoid major filth in my house. I hope to not need these guys anytime soon, but I will recommend them to people I know. Thanks Wes, Paul, Greg and Travis!
