I was chasing down a story that was posted on Topix.com and picked up by Linux News a couple of days ago about Mandriva purchasing Lycoris. I thought it seemed off, but was going to include it in tonight's recording session of mintCast, that is until I caught the original publication date of the news story: June 17th, 2005!

Why does this happen that a 6 year old news item is picked up as current? Anyway, I know I will be more diligent about checking dates from here on out.
