A couple cool gadgets. First, thanks to +Kickstarter there's the Revolve Dolly. Isn't Kickstarter the best thing to come out of New York in, well, ever? (I want to interview the founders when I visit New York for Blog World Expo in early June, anyone out there to make an intro?)

Second, these cool iPhone cases make your iPhone waterproof and damn near impossible to destroy. http://www.lifeproof.com/ I wish Apple sold cases like these in its stores. If it did we'd have a lot fewer cracked screens for http://www.icracked.com/ to have to replace.

Have you gotten a cool gadget lately?
The REVOLVE is a tool for creating fluid and dynamic video footage; compatible with all cameras and affordable to all videographers.

That is cool I will use this for on of my next projects...

Kickstarter is a brilliant thing, I only wish we had it in the UK.

How tall does this dolly get?

Hoping icracked.com ships to Switzerland. They want to charge CHF 1,000 for a new screen.

Yeah that it was it looks like. I am looking for one that I could possibly even put a tripod on.

I don't get it. This is pretty much a rip-off of the Pico Dolly, right ?

CHRISTOPHE, YOU ARE AT AN AGE THAT YOU SHOULD KNOW BETTER AND I YOU STILL DONT BELIEVE THIS I SAY ON ONE MINURE YOU WILL LOOSE ALL YOUR HAIR, SO BELIEVE

Thanks for the heads up! 2 LifeProof cases on the way to Japan!

check out the interview withthe CEO of Kickstarteron APMedia show marketplace.

At our local Maker Faire this weekend a fellow was showing a steadicam-life apparatus made from plastic tubing and electrician's tape for $40. It worked nicely.

That case looks like a good option for parents with kids. I'm looking to get an ipod touch for my 2yo and need something bomb proof before buying...hmmm. :D

I love my lifeproof case. I have thrown it to the floor, taken it in the shower, and occasionally do dishes with it. The greatest thing for me though is the peace of mind that I no longer have to worry about it. (Plus it's slim enough to fit in a pocket unlike the otterbox)

I've had the lifeproof for a while now and it is great if you have young kids. I don't worry if my 4 year old drops it while playing one of his games. Of course, one mom I know couldn't stop telling everyone about her teenage daughter who texts with hers from the shower. So there may be a few disadvantages to its waterproof feature.

Anyone know of a similar case for the iPod touch? I really want to get something that can stand up to the punishment that my 2 1/2 year old will dish out...
