This week I had a great opportunity of participating in a Scheduling Institute event. It was more like a workshop, helping offices to put on paper their goals and how to reach their goals, to answer their "WHY?" and then "HOW". I was so encouraged to be in the top 20%, an Above the Line employee. It was like oxygen to my career. The principles impact personally as much as professionally. As I looked around, the offices that had results were the offices that are fully engaged. They were happy and having fun. The offices were working together and brain storming and getting the goals, vision, and steps on paper in a format that gave accountability. Another factor I love most is the equipping of the staff to get to the desired results. The principles taught take a job to a career. These principles give meaning to the day to day and encourage fulfillment in career and personal growth.

Have you ever been stalked? That is what it feels like when you unfortunately get on the mailing list for this company. They call our office and waste my team's time. They mail packages to my home on a non stop basis. We used their training years ago and it was somewhat effective. Now we have moved beyond that. Whatever they are trying to sell now must be very expensive because they are spending tons of money to try and lure us in. I have asked to be removed from their contact lists and they do not comply. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

2 words. STAY AWAY. Jay Geier is beyond narcissistic to think their one trick pony approach and cookie cutter scripts are worth the thousands of dollars that this joke of a consulting group charges. If you want high turnover, demoralized staff and patients that feel that they've been sold a bill of goods-- THIS IS THE CONSULTING GROUP FOR YOU.

The very aggressive salespeople at the scheduling institute have been hounding my employees. They have made it clear that my time has no value. This is the opposite of how I want to teach my employees to treat my patients.

I wish Google had a -10 rating that I could give! I only gave one star because you had to give at least one to leave a review. SI is THE most underhanded, sneaky, backstabbing, and unethical company I have ever dealt with in my career. Our office received MANY, MANY, MANY "mystery calls" about a year ago and them, and then started to receive CDs for the Doctor with our calls recorded (illegally I may add) telling him how we all FAILED the calls and are costing him serious money. We continued to receive these tattle tale recordings multiple times from these snake oil sellers. We continually get poor ratings from this fraudulent company however, our patients can't stop praising our staff for friendliness and professionalism both on the phone and in person. Anyway, our Doctor decided to sign up for some preview, then ended up going on a trip and signed up for Platinum level nonsense. Their training sessions cover the most basic things, yet are full of contradictions. Anyone who questions anything is called out for not being a team player and buying into the program. The trainers make you give them information "in confidence, because we are in a safe space" then they just pass it along to the Doctor. It caused a HUGE amount of drama in our office and we lost 2/3 of our team over the course of about 6 months due to the terrible environment it caused in our office. Finally someone talked some sense into the Doctor and we quit the program, but then these sleaze balls started an online smear campaign against us. If you are a dentist NEVER EVER EVER sign up with these frauds. They are terrible and you'll be throwing tens of thousands of dollars a month out the window.

I work for a very reputable doctor who recently just opened his very own office. He has introduced the team to the Scheduling Institute and today we had our very first SI training with Morgan. She was super friendly, personable, outgoing, and highly trained in her field. She has made me feel inspired and motivated today and I feel 100% confident that our office has the potential to achieve everything we want to have in the future. You get what you deserve...Thank you SI and Morgan!

Tennessee's wiretapping law is a "one-party consent" law. Tennessee makes it a crime to intentionally intercept any wire, oral or "electronic communication" to overhear or record a phone call or conversation unless one party consents to the conversation. I don't even want to give one star! They cut off our receptionist answering the phone, Her greeting, her questions and made it sound like she did a poor job! I hear her answering the phone all the time and her job performance is wonderful! She is so good with our patients! THIS IS A SCAM!!! BEWARE!!!

For many years I had the fear of answering one of those dreaded phone calls. It's so obvious that it's not a real new patient calling to schedule. Those phone calls interrupted me during the worst times. Sometimes in the middle of working out a big treatment plan with a patient or one time I had to put a real new patient on hold to deal with this nonsense call. The number one no no with jay is to put a new patient on hold. Jay needs to spend a day behind a dental desk answering phones, then he can throw stones. While we were still clients of the institute, my boss would play the recordings for everyone to hear during weekly meetings. How humiliating when the caller says how bad you did. I had many sleepless nights of waiting for that cd to appear in the mail. I did have my shining moment when I passed one time and that's because I gathered the phone number at the beginning. The second time I failed and got 2 stars because I asked out of order. We quit the Scheduling institute a couple years ago and it took over a year for the harassing phone calls from the Scheduling Institute to stop. Either the staff was still being recorded or they needed to speak to the doctor. Our doctor finally took the time to put an end to it. The institute never delivered what was promised, they made sure we couldn't make it to that next level. Jay, I am happy to finally have a way to tell everyone how I feel about you and your company. Google reviews can't be removed. You should take your 2 glasses of water (one just in case) and sit behind your used car salesman desk. You don't deserve money from hard working dentists for your own greed! We have all 5 star google reviews at our office and proud of it.
