When we check a house for termites, we also check areas that may be conducive to termites. Check out these few photos of areas we report on.
Blocked gutters
Wood piled against the house
Broken gutters
Water stains from leaking shower
Leaking pipes
All these things could increase the risk of termites.

Some ants tucking in to gel bait applied to a kitchen corner wall. A safe approach to controlling this little pest. The ants will transfer the gel back to the nest wiping out the colony.
