Corn Zucchini Fritters: My seasonal right-now gf vegan favorite. Love 'em with vegan yogurt & avocado slices. Also great with sour cream, ketchup or chipotle mayo. Note: NOT a low fat recipe. #vegan   #corn   #zucchini

Quinoa Red Lentil Stew: Perfect one pot meal - light, easily digested, satisfying, nutritious. What really makes it special are fllexible vegetable options and generous seasonings. Love it with cauliflower & kale.

Recipe of the Week: Green Goddess Salad Dressing. Enjoy on salad, steamed veggies, in tacos and burritos, on noodles and grains. It's a bit more limited than Ranch Dressing only because it's green! #vegansaladdressing #greengoddessdressing

Cream of Celery Soup: Lunch today. Made stock, strained it, added potato, celery, fennel. Parsley at the end. White sauce + potatoes made it just thick enough when blended. Very tasty! #creamofcelerysoup   #vegancreamsouprecipe
