Hiring out for DIY projects are a must in our house. Now that my husband is retired he dabbles with easier projects, but we've learned from experience to hire for the bigger more complex stuff. This year after he had knee replacement surgery I hired a dog walker and a company to plow our driveway. It hurt, but was needed.
