We have worked with the performance improvement team at Will It Make The Boat Go Faster? for a number of years now. Quite simply, Ben Hunt-Davis is an inspiration - someone who has been there, done it - and knows how to support others who want to achieve big things and their own Crazy goals. Alongside the other superb team members - Tom Barry, and the likes of Sarah Winckless - they are 100% committed to helping you build high performing teams in your own business. We consider them co-architects of much of the success we have experienced over the last few years and I highly recommend them to any entrepreneurial business leader looking to set stretching and memorable goals in their own organisation. They'll help you reach them.

This is not about their food - which I'm sure is the same as at every Harvester & good - this is a review about the service you receive when you ring up to make a booking which is frankly shocking. As customer service is one my fave subjects, I am constantly amazed at how many businesses in the UK allow it to be so poor! I just rang to book a table for 8 of us on a Sunday night at 6pm for a childrens' birthday meal. "Not allowed to" comes the reply - "can't do it - you just turn up." "Oh" I say - "seems strange for a restaurant - are you busy at that time?" "Usually - you can wait up to an hour..." Phone down, booking lost . Now you may think I'm being a little pernickety here - but here's the thing. I then rang the Blacksmiths Arms in High Wycombe (also a Harvester) and spoke to the polite Ashley - and guess what - really helpful and I booked a table - for 8 at 6pm. Hilarious - business sabotage in action!
