Today I’m releasing the SOUL FLOW virtual gift boxes I promised, and I’m super excited — they are epic! Handpicked gems from my friends and luminaries — each resource is like a mini-love bomb and takes about 20 …

This is my response to the tragic events of the last days and weeks. Bring on the LIGHT.
Real love is not some fluffy ideal. It’s the only power that can truly change the world. I write these words from a place of both love and outrage. Outraged that the violence of war continues to destroy the precious lives of so many people from Gaza to the Ukraine to cities throughout the world. …

A regular practice of mindful self-reflection is like the lubricant that oils the rest of your system, enabling you to flow more easily through the many challenges of daily modern life.

Without some sort of quiet self-reflection practice, there is no question your mind is going to run wild and far away from you at any given time (like it does for most of us!).

The practice brings you home.
“Breathing in, I calm my body.Breathing out, I smile.Dwelling in the present momentI know this is a wonderful moment.”–Thích Nhat Hanh, Being Peace Some time ago I began searching for a daily practice that could provide nourishment on all levels — from my outlook and state of mind, to my physical and spiritual well-being. I’d been meditating for years, and could make a simple …

“Sometimes you have to feed your cat, and sometimes you have to feed your Soul.”
This is one of a new series of interviews with remarkable Creative Soul Rebels on how they bring their magic to the world.  The Soul Rebel Interview Series peers deep into the lives and workings of a remarkable group of colleagues transforming society through the calling of their Spirit. First time I've ever publicly revealed how I live and work long term in some of the most beautiful and exotic locations in the world... enjoy! :)
“Because you are alive, everything is possible.” – Thich Nhat Hanh “How do you fund all these adventures around the world?” I hear this question a lot. People must assume I’m a trust fund baby or something, which couldn’t be further from the truth. I’ve been a nomadic world traveler for two and half years now, …

It's live!
You see, love is not just an idea or a feeling to me. It’s the root of all existence. It’s what drives everything I do… The Fire of Love is not all hearts and emoticons and love affairs. Those are all fine…but what really gets me? The Source. Soul Power. The Soul of the Universe. …

I think what I want to be known for in this life is not necessarily just helping people awaken to their true nature — a worthy and wonderful pursuit — but really helping people to define who they are. To choose who they want to be, what they want to do with this wonderful manifestation of life that they have, and help them to hew to that commitment. To stand strongly by that, and let it engulf their lives with possibility — the infinite possibility of who they really are.
“In any weather, at any hour of the day or night, I have been anxious to improve the nick of time, and notch it on my stick too; to stand on the meeting of two eternities, the past and future, which is precisely the present moment; to toe that line.” – Henry David Thoreau, Walden (Free …
