Sattva Yoga - BODY: The body is the temple and ultimate playing field of life. Our internal reality filters through the body to meet the external reality. The practice of SATTVA Yoga teaches the body of the practitioner to develop an awareness necessary to seamlessly move between his or her internal and external realities. The SATTVA Yoga practice increases the vibration of body and mind, enabling the practitioner to access his or her higher potential.

Sattva Yoga - INTENTION: Set a daily intention and set an intention before each practice. The intention is what we wish to come to fruition in our lives. We place the intention into the mantra AUM, which is the vibration of all of creation.

Sattva Yoga Guiding Principle: It is the intention of the SATTVA Yoga practice to provide the space for balance, happiness and freedom to everyone who takes on the practice.
