Good UX has great customer service at its base. Restaurants provide many instructive examples for designers.

Mike Bostock is an absolute genius. I don't always even understand d3 fully. But what I do know feels absolutely brilliant. He has a new blog post about his new library: d3-shape.

A lot of my own reasons on why Go is just more productive. I too once labored over whether introducing Go to a technology set that included Java, Python, Node made sense. Now I'm glad I did introduce Go.

Go is often described as a simple language. It is not, it just seems that way. Rob explains how Go's simplicity hides a great deal of complexity, and that both the simplicity and complexity are part of the design.

Introduction. The Go runtime, in addition to providing the usual services of garbage collection, goroutine scheduling, timers, network polling and so forth, contains facilities to enable extra debugging output and even alter the behaviour of the runtime itself. These facilities are controlled by ...

Have you ever had options in bus stops? Well, Jayanagar 5th Block bus stop(s) offers you a range of options you can choose from. Each is about 100/200 metres from each other which means you can even take the bus between bus stops for the same stop. Every once in a while the bmtc will also attempt to make one of those the official one. Then there will be a few days of confusion when buses may stop or not, and you will end up waving to the drivers and they wave back with the official wave sign of this-week-its-the-other-stop. When all the waves have settled, the default one you've to wait at is the one opposite Vijayalakshmi Silks when going towards Silk Board.

Watsons opening in South Bangalore! And it's awesome. From the outside itself, it's right away catchy as it carries forward its personality. It's got that distinctive open brick style walls and flower pots in open windows. Inside, the area seems more than the ulsoor one. The food was, as usual, finger licking and the drinks generous. Friends who are coming this side of town, this is where we are taking you.
