How many days does it take to establish a new habit?

Most of us think it's 21 days, because that's what "they" say.

But "they" are wrong! The latest research indicates it takes about 66 days for a new habit to become a sustainable practice.

And that can be hard if we don't have a supportive community or consistent guidance and encouragement for our new habit, especially one that can be a bit mysterious or confusing at first, like mindfulness or meditation.

In Mindfulness for Mothers, you will get four weeks of loving guidance and instruction, as well as an online community of like-minded mamas, to support you in establishing, or deepening, your mindfulness practice.

You also have the option to add on three additional weeks -- for continued practice, and for learning how to share mindfulness with your kids. That means we can get well over half-way to a life-changing, parenting-experience-transforming mindfulness practice!
