Introduction
Sara McGinnis is a slightly mossy Northwest gal living in an otherwise all-male household. She contributes to the BabyCenter Blog, and is a fan of Twitter and Facebook friends.

When not tethered to wifi, Sara is fond of pretending she's an athlete and adventure-seeker. Hobbies she's willing to go pro at currently include whitewater rafting, windsurfing, whitewater kayaking, running and cycling. Endorsement deals for slow-as-snails athletes welcome.

So proud to have shared the Gardner quadruplets' story on BabyCenter and have it picked up by CNN and more! #ivf   #pregnancy
After years of struggling to get pregnant, mom-to-be Ashley burst into tears upon learning her and husband Tyson’s IVF attempt was successful — but the emotional moment was nothing compared to the news she got at her first ultrasound.
