#Yoshkiki might not be a household name in the U.S., but it is in #Japan. Hear his revolutionary blend of pop, rock and classical and see why he's idolized in the East. 4/28

Being Member of Hilton Honors I catered my business friends at Hilton. One of my potential business friend from Europe visited me and as usual I booked this Hilton Hotel. To my surprise I had the worst experience of my life and lost my face in front of my business client. On April 7, 2014 at 9:00 am after breakfast one of our guest Lady wanted to use the restroom and the room key was with her husband who was talking outside with the Limo-driver, she requested the Concierge for the restroom key. The idiot Concierge dealt her very unprofessionally. Rather helping her he kept her busy while talking to his girlfriend. Then directed her to upper floor and again busy with phone. This foreign Lady went upstairs and again the restroom needed a key. Overall she could not use the restroom. No wonder my business friend requested me to book other hotel and not Hilton. I sincerely request the Hilton Management to TEACH their staff some courtesy and respect how to deal with guests or shut this hotel business.

Feel like a small hotel space without the big rush..very close to chinatowm. walking disrance. Very near the shopping and the large choice of restaurants. The surrounding areas have trully the San Francisco favor...Can not be replaced. The near by shopping open one self to many hours of joy.

WARNING: staff of this hotel are thieves! I spent two nights in this hotel with friends. On the last day of our stay we wanted to send postcards so we asked the reception if they had stamps. One of the receptionists said they did not anymore, but if we gave her money she would send our postcard in the afternoon. So we left her 25 dollars. We would never have accepted if we were not in a hotel from this category and prestige. What a mistake! This Hilton is not worth more than a seedy motel in terms of trust and customer service: none of our postcards ever reached their destinations, except for those sent by another receptionist for another friend. I called many times to ask for an explanation, and I was told they would handle the problem and call me back, but they never did. Then I was said the manager would call me back, which he never did. I suspect the whole staff of exactly knowing who the thief is but covering her. If you are going in this hotel, do not be surprised if you are fooled, can’t find valuables that you left in your room or whatever! Moreover this hotel is incredibly expensive and not very well situated except if you are here for business.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are very sorry to hear we did not meet your expectations during your stay with us. We have never had an instance at our hotel where agents were stealing the monies of our guests. It is not within the realm of our hotel culture and reputation. If you see fit, I would love to discuss the matter further with you. Please see my contact details below. Mesui Pale Director of Front Office t: +1 415 433 6600 x2893

Best Hilton I have EVER seen! The lobby is as big as an auditorium and there are plenty of travelers parked in the lobby surfing the web, meeting, and people watching. Rumor is, this is the largest Hilton in the US? Not sure about that, but the location to downtown is a definite draw for the business or personal traveler alike.
