Worst Customer Service: I got a room near to the elevator on 18th room # 1800 on 04/02/2015. Which is very close to the elevator. You can hear loud noise from the elevator going up and down. I called the front desk they told me they (ERIKA) cant change the room all the rooms are booked Elevator will stop at 11.30 PM to 5 AM. The best she can do is she can provide me EAR PLUG. She was insisting on no room change only EAR PLUG. I asked her to transfer to her manager. She put me on hold for few min and then she told me her manager will call me. Her supervisor (MURAD) called me and changed my room and told me many rooms are vacant for today so he can make a change. He personally helped me to change my room from 1800 to 1018. I really appreciate him. What ever ERIKA told is all lies. ERIKA was so rude. Its like if you want you can stay else you can leave. We dont care. This is the room you get for your kind of booking. If you had two more ERIKAs on the front desk all customer will run away. All the Best Hilton. Raj

My old mother got stuck in bathroom for hours when bathroom sliding door got locked. They have installed sliding doors for bathroom as cheapest way to keep their spending budget low. These Sliding door does not work very well or may be not been lubricated properly so when you close it all the way, gets stuck and there is no way to open it from inside bathroom unless you break the glass. IT IS LIKE A DEATH TRAP! Be careful and if possible, take your business somewhere else.

I made a reservation, then realized without ten minutes I accidently booked the wrong date. I called back trying to change the date which they would not let me do for whatever reason. So I just tried to cancel my reservation which they also wouldn't do. Then they billed my card the full amount knowing I wouldn't be there. Worst service I have ever had! !!!

This hotel is just ok. As a HHonors member I have had much better experiences at other Hilton hotels. The lobby was nice, but our room was just ok. I thought it was ridiculous that they charge $9.95 for wifi and $3.00 for a bottle of water and no continental breakfast. I would think for $200 a night you could at least get free wifi. Plus parking was outrageous. You'd think if you're guest and park in the Hilton parking garage they could validate your parking or at least discount it. Then my 4yr old accidentally left his pillow/stuff animal in our room. I called to see if the staff found it and the lady just mumbled something I couldn't understand and hung up on me.

Hi Melissa, Thank you for your review. Unfortunately Hilton Honors benefits are ineligible for reservations booked through 3rd party websites. Depending on your Hilton Honors tier you may have had complimentary wifi, bottled water, and breakfast with your stay. We do offer discounted guest parking at $45 for overnight self-parking with in and out privileges, which is a very fair price in downtown San Francisco. All information about extra fees in our hotel is available to everyone when booking online. On a brighter note we are thrilled to have found your child’s pillow and will happily ship it to you for free. Please accept our apologies that this was not resolved immediately on your first call. This is a great hotel with a view of the Chinatown on the 20th floor. I actually stayed here for the Chinese New Year and I had a great week and a great stay at this hotel. The rooms are nice and also the service.

Being Member of Hilton Honors I catered my business friends at Hilton. One of my potential business friend from Europe visited me and as usual I booked this Hilton Hotel. To my surprise I had the worst experience of my life and lost my face in front of my business client. On April 7, 2014 at 9:00 am after breakfast one of our guest Lady wanted to use the restroom and the room key was with her husband who was talking outside with the Limo-driver, she requested the Concierge for the restroom key. The idiot Concierge dealt her very unprofessionally. Rather helping her he kept her busy while talking to his girlfriend. Then directed her to upper floor and again busy with phone. This foreign Lady went upstairs and again the restroom needed a key. Overall she could not use the restroom. No wonder my business friend requested me to book other hotel and not Hilton. I sincerely request the Hilton Management to TEACH their staff some courtesy and respect how to deal with guests or shut this hotel business.
