Lack of choice at the retail level is EXACTLY what is killing big box stores. 90% of my Amazon purchases come from not being able to find the product I want on the shelf at the store and no offer from the store to special order it. Couldn't find any sheets that I liked at Bed, Bath & Beyond - no kiosk with expanded choices that I could peruse and special order right at the store. So, Amazon gets another order from me. This exact scenario plays out at least twice a month at my house. Retailers better get with the brave new world where I can sit at a computer and find 4 times as many options as what they chose to carry on their shelves.....
