#ScienceSunday  A remote control litter picking, robot that draws pictures on the beach powered by nature, controlled by online users makes cleaning the world fun. The EcoBot - created at DirtyBeach labs is a robot, controlled online through a web game interface / mobile app. The crowd-funding aims to raise £100,000 with less then 24 hours left. People can earn actual money as an online operator of the robotic arms to pick up litter. Intuitive and fun like playing a video game, but you are actually cleaning the world. An EcoBot can draw art in sand by dragging a rake with adjustable prongs. Money raised by these epic Eco-adverts will be distributed to the online users. A computer game that anyone can play and win $£€¥ money. The robots will write out safety information about the tide times and current information as they pick up litter, but produce ephemeral pictures twice a day. Life Guards and Marine Safety Patrols will have extra eyes and anyone who adopts a robot for their local beach will earn money as they pick up litter. They are fairly self sufficient in the correct conditions and all the data the system produces will be accessible to everybody. HD time lapse video and sensor information available to all. Evolving over time they get smarter, learning how to pick up litter on their own; a coastal network of AI life on a transparent net. It will provide all the stats and information to all the users. Damage and theft is prevented with smart technology. If you approach an EcoBot with a view to cause damage, it will inform you not to as its live connected to the local authorities and its guardian. With the GPS tracking you wont want to steal it. It also prevents you being naughty or rude as an online operator with safety overrides prevent anti social behavior on the shore. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/dirtybeach/litter-picking-interactive-robots-to-clean-up-the http://youtu.be/b3M7Z_mhaRI
