Crunchy Crispy Kalmi Vada...

On Mother’s Day, sharing a special recipe of my mom. When it comes to choosing any one recipe from your mother’s recipes treasure then no doubt it is a tough job.
Back in my childhood, main course gained all the importance and snacks were very few. And even those snacks were mostly fried like Pakoras, matthi, bread rolls etc as fried was relished a lot without any tag of unhealthy. Khaman was the only steamed food we had.
Today, not frequently but once in a while we can have fried delicacies.
And even better, we have Air fryer today so can make use of that also.

Eggless Malai Zebra Cake....

Its common to extract butter/ghee from malai (milk cream).
