I was fortunate that I was introduced to the idea of Digital PR in 1995 and decided to pursue this as a career. I relocated to the US in 1999 and I was one of the first PR practitioners in the USA to adopt Digital PR and Social Media. I've been immersed in Digital PR ever since.
I was named PR Trainer of the Year for the US by PR News in 2009 for my Digital PR classes and I have trained more than 1000 agency and corporate PR practitioners in the technology of Digital PR and social media.
