companies are making decisions based on assumptions that are outdated rooted in folklore than in science :)
Career analyst Dan Pink examines the puzzle of motivation, starting with a fact that social scientists know but most managers don't: Traditional rewards aren't always as effective as we think. Listen for illuminating stories -- and maybe, a way forward.

Founder, Holacrate at Wadilab
After growing up in Porto-Novo and Cotonou, I've lived in Accra, Kuala Lumpur, Ho Chi Minh City, Beijing and Berlin. I'm most interested into Solving Real Problems, Identifying Things That Matter, Predicting Trends and Technology.

I'm known for being opened to others' ideas even if they are opposed to what I believe. But do notice that I do not get brain-watched or distorted by what somebody just said or wrote,  I usually connect the missing puzzles and use my brain to make sense of the whole picture.

I believe all the problems we usually face, are because of Information. I argue that it's not that we lack of Information, we just don't go get it and even if we have access to it, we don't know how to make sense of it. A fact-based world view will fundamentally transform people, companies and countries development.

If everybody is doing it, I'm probably not doing it, I'm thinking it's probably wrong. People quoted me saying "Don't Be Evil No Matter What".

If I could directly or indirectly put smiles on the faces of people that needs it, then I would have achieved the best thing in my life.
