Thank you, +Manish Sahai and +David Collins-Rivera. I do hope there will be a Kindle edition; I will find out and let you know. It may appear a little later. I know that Amazon will have it on its list, and the publisher has world rights, so it should be available easily. But I understand the importance and value of Kindle! :-)
