This article gets at why it's so hard to set up a sales operation. Hiring an employee who has both the steadiness to manage detailed processes AND also be an out-of-the box thinker and innovator is nearly impossible. It's two skill sets (at least).  Our sales consulting project teams include team members who are steady and strong on process, and those who are innovative, out-of-the-box thinkers, to get the right blend in the delivered solution.

If you've researched the opportunity in deregulated energy, you've no doubt come across a quote, attributed to Warren Buffett, about deregulated energy representing a huge opportunity...the largest transfer of wealth ever seen. Even if this quote was true, all the sources date it from 2011. Since then Buffett has lost nearly $900 million in his deregulated energy investments. So I ask you, do you really want to work with an MLM/direct sales opportunity that manipulates old news to sign you up? Energy brokerage takes a lot of work and capital, just like any other business.
