We find there is some kind of traffic "bush etiquette" when in the wilds. This interaction can occur between us humans and the wildlife - in which case we normally give way and observe - except for airplanes it seems! More interesting are the various interactions among the wildlife. Sometimes not what you might expect.

In the main though, it is a case of size counts, a lot, in the bush.

Want to see some of the traffic action? Have a look at our Botswana Highlights - suggested safari - https://buff.ly/2vjFUaS

Safari life is the best life!!!

We are so very fortunate to call the wilderness our office for the most part. We get to see the complete spectrum of life - from infants to mature animals - we see them in the life-giving rainy season and in the dry months - in times of feast and in times of heartbreaking famine. We witness the joy of birth and we witness the speedy harshness of death - something that is common to and unites each & every living thing on this planet - it binds us somehow, somewhere inside us we feel it.

The most satisfying part of this lifestyle is that we get to share it with our visitors, many of whom become friends. We get to see the wonder in our guests eyes, we get to educate & show people something they have never seen before, a rare privilege in this day of super techie knowledge - we get the most out of that.

Taking a private guided authentic mobile safari in Botswana with Safari Life Africa can be a more affordable way to experience the great African outdoors than going to a lodge and offers quite a few advantages over lodges.

For a start you are right in the wilderness - no hour long drives to the best game viewing areas - the wildlife often is right in camp!!!!

You have a private guide looking after you inherently - not something that many lodges offer.

Our camps do not require permanent equipment such as generators, concrete or the such so impact little on the precious environment.

When life gives you lemons make lemonade - the strong contrast created by the African sun can often give great results when used as a black & white photograph rather than color.
