What's the market doing in #Sacramento? Here's the latest. I also talk through a big question. How would you know if the market was starting to tank? Would love to hear your take.

It’s been an utterly devastating fire season, so I wanted to shed some light on things to know about appraisals after a disastrous fire. I hope this helps give insight for home owners who are now having to think about this. #CarrFire #MendocinoComplex

Here's some thoughts on teardowns and lot splits. I've heard a few sellers recently say things like, "Dude, someone is going to buy my house and split the lot...." Maybe. Maybe not.

The market is slowing. That doesn't mean it's dull, and it's definitely still competitive. We're just starting to see the market cool from the "hot" spring season. Sellers would be wise to get in tune with the temperature of the market, and buyers still need to bring solid offers (but they've gained a little bit more edge lately). Anyway, here's some thoughts and a ton of visuals to show where the market is at. Feel free to use any of the images how you see fit too. What are you seeing out there? What are buyers and sellers saying?

Overpricing is a problem. You’d think in such a “hot” market that it wouldn’t be an issue, but it is. Here's some thoughts on the most common pricing mistakes I'm seeing. I hope this helps. Anything to add?

There's lots of "bubble" talk lately. Here's some thoughts about peak prices in Sacramento and some of the big points surrounding this topic. I hope this will be good food for thought. I also have a huge market update with the latest trends for Sacramento County, Placer County, and the region. Any thoughts?
