+Martin Zehetmayer I don't really know any Enterprise distributions that strictly guarantee ABI/API for "minor version", this kind of strict restriction has the counter part of limiting enhancement and innovation. And a SP can be supported for up to 5years BTW.. Last you have the mean to identify any issue in the beta program or in the release not of the new SP. Speaking about spacewalk, that's a good question to the spacewalk community.

Really a shame that an account at an 3rd party site is needed for watching the Docker mini-course videos.

How Linux Affects Asteroids.

https://www.suse.com/communities/conversations/how-linux-affects-asteroids/

"+NASA uses supercomputers such as Pleiades (which runs +SUSE Linux Enterprise Server) to design and develop 'science fiction' technology like hypersonic aircrafts and spacesuits and to simulate the landing of spacecrafts on various celestial bodies such as the Moon, Mars, Titan and asteroids in order to explore them, redirect them or, ultimately, to save our earth by destroying targeted asteroids."

SUSE VP +Michael Miller talks to +The New Stack about +SUSE, +Docker and private container registries.
Docker containerization, distribution, and orchestration are becoming standard equipment in two versions of the world’s major enterprise Linux distributions: Red Hat Atomic Enterprise Platform and SUSE Enterprise Linux 12. But does this mean the enterprise will soon be entering one Docker ecosystem? Perhaps these major vendors have their own plans. As OpenStack was first taking …
