+Neil Delport According to my Starry Night software Venus rises tomorrow at 3:14:59 am for Hobart, Tasmania, Australia which is at 42 deg 51 min S, and it should be just dark enough still to see. Sunrise is at 4:29:12 am
Derby, Australia at 17 deg 18 min S will see Venus rise at 4:50:15 am Sunrise is at 6:31:39 am
Yes, most of the south will be able to see it :)
