Have you heard? Chef Jose Andres has culinary plans for SLS Las Vegas Hotel & Casino that sound too good to be true! #newrestaurants   #lasvegas
It’s not a surprise that we’re die-hard fans of Chef José Andrés. The Philly Cheesesteak at The Bazaar by José Andrés at SLS Beverly Hills is, by far, one of our favorite dishes on this earth,

Horrible horrible service at Beach. (Which we used since one pool was closed and the other super crowded.) Took over an hour to bring us low quality drinks & finally brought the appetizer 15 minutes AFTER they told us they were stacking up the beach chairs for the night... nothing relaxing about enjoying subpar snack food while chairs are being slammed around you and pulled umbrellas are spraying sand in your face. Room was fine, just not worth the price.

I am a big fan of this hotel. It has the boutiquey feel and our room was clean and had an awesome view of the pool and the ocean. Please make no mistake if you do not like partying then you may want to choose a room that does not have a view of the pool because they throw these crazy techno parties poolside and it might not let you sleep. The hotel also had good hospitality, and it felt like the staff truly cared about our stay. It may be expensive but overall is a great hotel to stay at.

I have been to a bunch of hotels in the Miami area and this one hands down takes the cake for having the best service; most unique decorations, and the best restaurants inside of a hotel. Check out Katsuya the sashimi melts in your mouth, and the other restaurant which is Italian I think isnt bad as well. Plus the pool parties at night are awesome in this hotel. Definitely a great addition to the SLS brand and by far one of their best hotels.

Firstly I want to thank SLS Miami for treating me so terribly before my trip so that I canceled and found a much better hotel that treated me with incredible customer service. I am SO glad that I am not staying with you. Secondly you guys need to figure out what customer service is. I made reservations with you for my bachelorette party and booked 3 room. Even though I booked the first room in early January for my event in May the room I wanted was not available. So I booked another room, fine. Then in February, once I knew who all was coming I booked 2 more rooms. I wanted to book rooms with 2 double beds in them but none of those were available,.. so I booked 2 king bed rooms. I then asked if the rooms could at least be on the same floor or close to each other. I was told we can't do that. When I asked why they said "it's policy." I'm sorry,... what? Then I asked them about rates for the pool party and the price they quotes was astronomical when I know a group of dudes paid a lot less! They said their hands were tied. I then pleaded with them to give me something, ANYTHING that would make me want to stay there after I'm spending a LOT of money with them and they were doing nothing for me, they said there was nothing they could do. NO one knows anything. No one gets back to you. Everyone treated me with such disrespect. DO NOT STAY HERE, unless you want small rooms with terrible customer service and huge bills at checkout. TOTAL waste of money! Sooo glad I'm taking my bachelorette party elsewhere!

Criminal. Rooms the size of coffins. Stained carpets. Sink is unusable. Toilet rocked if you tried to sit on it. Poorly trained staff. Nickel and dimed to death with "resort charges" even though a pool was closed. $48 to park your car. Crazily overpriced: $11 for a cup of tea to take to your room...yourself! Forget sleeping through the thumping of the club below. Worst hotel at which I've ever stayed.

terrible hotel experience. this is not a luxury hotel, as you may expect based on the outrageous price. the rooms were extremely small, the food was inedible, and experienced poor service throughout the stay. would not recommend this hotel for anyone. we ended up checking out early.
