Looks cool, but I am not sure I would be getting one any time soon. Would have to trade in one of my other bikes...or my wife would kill me.

As good excuse as any if you need to buy a new motorcycle. I personally wouldn't buy any of these new motorcycles all my bikes or old classics like a couple of old Triumphs a couple of 1974 TT 500 from Yamaha a 1972 XS650 knocked out to a 750 Flat Tracker with a factory cam the damn thing will hit 80 in first. I have other bikes I'm working on now I'm restoring them back to the stock or as close to it as I can get.

Most of my motorcycles of European and American. But back in the sixties I had quite a few Hondas and Yamahas to me they are the best motorcycle manufacturers and designers in Japan. Honda and Yamaha are always the first to come up with something new that will alter motorcycles after they show it to the public

So far so good. Have been in here a bunch of times. Gear, gloves, parts, and window shopping for a cruiser. VERY knowledgeable staff that helps you decide with facts and recommendations based on your needs and doesn't try to decide for you. i ended up getting an 1100cc cruiser from a private party for next to nothing. But it's a cold blooded SOB and sucks around town. Freeway my 1100 runs very rich but for the price, i can't complain. So i decided today to get a Grom for around town, a play toy, and a bike i won't need a ramp to load into the back of my pickup and doesn't take up the whole bed. I've honestly had more difficult ordering coffee. I had my two kids and dog with me. Took 5 minutes (give or take) to fill out the paperwork, the lady was amazingly friendly and helpful, and it was painless. Now, i have an annoying habit of getting everything together and wanting to sleep on it (and talk with the wife). In the past I've jumped the gun and had buyer's remorse. They were very understanding and didn't push the sale. I do a lot of window shopping to make sure i get exactly what i want. I'm use to pushy sales and finance people. You won't find that at SF MOTO. They were very patient, answered all my questions, and gave me no pressure to buy even after i got the loan approval for the bike. When I'm in the market for another bike, I'll definitely be coming back here. This is now my regular bike shop despite not being convenient for me to get to from the peninsula. I will recommend others to this business. I mean, they have my loan ready and waiting and were perfectly fine with me taking a few days to make a final decision. How cool is that? No pressure at all to buy.

I went to buy a bike from Los Angeles. Maintenance had been delayed, not back riding on the day that I bought. But they gave me available hotels nearby store.I had booked a hotel in the middle of the LA, but was canceled. The next day of long touring was hard. But now the good memories. Thank you very much. And My griso is good condition now.

Pretty small selection of bikes available lending to their rather small showroom. I purchased a bike here in 2012 and was happy with the bike but the financing situation left some things to be desired. I wasn't informed of some "fees" until after the fact, which was inappropriate. Being small enough I continued with the deal. Good selection of accessories and I have purchased quite a few of them. Parts department has been pretty miss: they either sold me the wrong parts or didn't have them. Staff has been overall very helpful and didn't question me returning parts that were incorrect, which is nice. Bottom line, they should have parts for bikes they currently sell.

The whole process of me getting a motorcycle took about two weeks or so due to my schedule. Everyone I have dealt with (Frank, Matt, Alex, Courtney, the nice ladies in the office) were all super helpful and patient with me. They answered every question I had. Today is day one with the bike, so hopefully my opinion doesn't change.

We are glad you had a pleasurable experience. Please take some photos of your new bike and share it with us your riding journey.

I bought a used Vespa from SF Moto and what followed was terrible. I will write a very short version because detailing all that happened would take thousands of words. Here is the short version. From the moment I drove off with my bike there were several problems. Each time I went into to fix a problem the bike came out with more problems. They literally were unable to fix what needed to be fixed and they damaged something else while they had the bike. Each time the bike was in for service I was promised that it would be done by a certain time and I would be update throughout. I was never updated a even a single time and I brought my bike in at least 6-8 times. When the work was done I was never notified each time, instead I had to call in and they would then tell me it was done. The worst problem of all was when the drive belt broke shortly after purchase. I was assured at purchase that all belts were in great condition and had thousands of miles left on them. According to two Vespa mechanics drive belts don't just break. The drive belt broke and SF Moto took a very long time to fix it. The moment I drove away from SF Moto after the repair my bike stalled. Two mins later the bike shut down. It was later found that their repair of the drive belt which should have never broke, destroyed my motor. Eric H. the owner, refused to refund my money and instead offered only to replace the motor with a similar motor. After a month of waiting I finally got the bike back in terrible condition. I cannot stand going back there anymore for anything. Each time they screw something else up and the owner has treated the entire matter unethically. Clearly I was lied to about the condition of the bike from the beginning and I continued to be treated terribly throughout. I tried to give Eric the benefit throughout but after the problems kept on persisting I realized the nature of the way he does business. Side note: When I later went to SF Vespa to purchase a new Vespa, I was told by the owner there that I was the third person that day (I was there at 1pm) that told a similar horror story about SF Moto. Apparently they are notorious in the scooter world of SF for screwing scooters up and ripping people off. I would stay away.
