The guest that was scheduled for the March 5 episode of Home Gadget Geeks (#205) cancelled and I have an open show. I want to try something new. Call my google voice # at 402.478.8450 between now and Wednesay (3/4) and leave me a tech question or a tech tip voice mail and we will make a community effort out of it. I will play them live during the show. A fun experiment to try. ‪#‎helpmeout‬

9 Mistakes You're Making With Your Chicken
www.huffingtonpost.com

There's no meat cooked more often than chicken. It is the go-to option for so many people.

Beers are frequently out of stock on the tap. The burgers are usually on point as far as cooking temps and toppings. The staff is hit or miss when it comes to service. I've had a few bartenders that are good and interested in answering questions about the menu or drinks. Others are more interested in chatting w coworkers.

It's what you'd expect from a Panda Express. The only reason for the three stars (instead of more) is their steamed vegetables are usually old and dried. The other dishes are on par with any other Panda Express around.

A fun sushi place. Great presentation. I had the beach party roll, which was decent but I enjoyed the hibachi vegetables even more. Go with a few friends or family members and share a few different dishes. By far one of the best sushi places in EL.

Ordered "baked oatmeal" and it was a packet of instant oats into the microwave. The scrambled eggs had bits of black stuff, along with a random piece of vegetable here and there. My fiancée meal looked as though it was hastily thrown on the plate (and they forgot her eggs). It's too bad. I'd rather go to a local cafe or diner than a chain.

Great service but the food was just ok. The pizza we had had a very sweet tomato sauce, and the crust was undercooked. I'd be interested in returning to try some of there seafood or pasta.

More than ramen. They've made a nice modern take on a bowl of noodles. The pho ga has a nice fresh broth and wonderful tender chicken floating on top. I tried the southwestern and it is hearty with just a bit of spice. Get the southwestern with the pulled pork shoulder.

The atmosphere was fun but we waited over an hour for cold ribs and two sides. It's too bad because we were really excited to be there and enjoy the karaoke.
