The video doesn't go in depth enough for each state. However I did find sexetc.org to help teens with state spacific info. This is a quick run down for Nebraska:
--NE doesn't require sex ed or HIV/AIDS and other STI education. Local school boards decide whether or not, what and when to teach sex ed.
--NE received $210,000+ in federal funds for abstinence-only-until-marriage programs in FY2010.
--Minors don't need parents' permission to participate in sexuality education or HIV/AIDS education classes.
--Minors don't need permission from their parents to get tested for STIs.
--There are no age restriction to purchase condoms (male or female) or Plan B One-Step.
--Minors do need permission for birth control prescription.
--Minors need "parental consent" or "judicial bypass" for an abortion.
--Minors don't need a prescription for a pregnancy test.
