Sky used to give you £20 for returning old boxes. http://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Archived-Discussions/Earn-s-for-returning-your-old-Sky-boxes/td-p/2329501

Now all they do is kindly offer you to post it to them free of charge if you take it to a post office.

I think I'll post it straight into the skip for much less hassle.

I didn't think it'd be worth anything to anyone without Sky +Ed Carter. I'll chuck it on ebay then!

I was crawling along slow moving traffic the other day and was pleasantly surprised to hear a boy about 9 or 10 years old singing Smells Like Teen Spirit whilst walking along with his mum.. really rockin' out to it! Awesome that it's still as appealing to young ears as it was all those years ago.

Happy 25th birthday Nirvana's Nevermind
Nirvana's 'Nevermind' changed music and pop culture forever.

Can't say I've been to a particular event. But I've partaken in many a Glasto late night/early morning shindig.

Legalise it.

Agreed, fact America done so and had the side effect of removing money from criminals, quality control of what is sold and had lots of money for schools, drug education and treatment of those who do the silly ones in abuse. As well as when I say made lots of money TAX wise, we are talking some really large amounts.

Then yes they should. That and the EU already TAX the UK as they count any illegal drug activity and prostitution as income ( http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-29751124 )and demand more money then why the hell not. So given have to give 2 years notice, won't be changing soon and yet no EU rules or laws preventing us legalising cannabis or indeed prostitution.

So many positive reasons to legalise it, alas the only one politicians will be swayed by is money money and money. Which is not the real reasons.

Ironical that doctors can prescribe medication that is not offered by the NHS or able to be sold in this country legally and patients are forced to deal with criminal elements with all those varying dynamics, just to allow them to lead a productive life.

Still pissed off the nancy politicians did not allow euthanasia as too many of them follow deluded religion and voted with bias :(

So very mindful of the impact this has on people and if you have even seen one friend suffer, that is more than enough.

+Ryan Martin actually it sits well with me too. I had a long weekend of vodka consumption in Warsaw in April, and never a single hangover!

Sorry, last bit of Allo posting. Some great discussion as to why SMS integration wouldn't work for Allo and also a nice reply as to how it could work.

Basically, app freedom on Android - regarded as fragmentation in this instance would mean conversations would split between apps if data fell out during an Allo conversation. On iOS this isn't a problem as iMessage is the only app that is allowed to handle SMS, therefore the conversation carries on in the iMessage app regardless whether it's via Internet or SMS.

Well that's hugely disappointing..

'The 1.4-inch, 400x400 AMOLED display looks quite sharp, but it’s not bright enough to be legible on clear, sunny days. The Mission has an ambient light sensor, but it doesn’t matter if you set the watch to auto-brightness or its maximum setting, it still can’t cut through direct sunlight. To this extent, I’d rather have a Wear watch with a transflective display.'

Its an outdoor watch that can't be seen on a sunny day.. ffs. The screen doesn't even look that great to be lacking a transflective display. If a watch doesn't have a transflective display then it needs to be fucking bright!

Next..
Ruggedized for action sports, the Nixon Mission is water resistant down to 10 ATM thanks to a trick "MicLock" feature.

Personally I think e-ink is boring. I still want to see an array of colour on a screen. Transflective works really well and doesn't lack too much colour. Apple's new watch has a very bright display. Or it could even do some trickery like my OnePlus One phone which when in bright sunlight boosts saturation and contrast.. it makes things look weird but works amazingly well in direct sunlight. It's pitiful that Nixon haven't made any effort here whatsoever.

+Ryan Martin No, it is Presbyopia, and somebody who is blind would not be able to see any sized font, indeed they would be able to see nothing. Hence the term blind. But we all get old one day, even though that has nothing to do with this either.

Unless your making a joke about old blind people checking in source code? As I'm sure your not one of these ageist moronials(sic) :P
