Question for those of you versed in Google Tag Manager: 

I'm trying to setup Fire Rules for a tag to fire only when a specific page is requested. So naturally, I setup a rule for "URL equals" and the URL name. I'm fearful though that the rule is too literal. I have campaigns driving traffic to that page with tracking parameters in place (e.g. www.domain.com/?utm_source=campaign), and I want the script to fire then too. I cannot set it to a broader Fire rule because it will match too many pages erroneously. 

Any help is much appreciated!

The URL macro can return any part of the URL (scheme, domain, port, path, query, fragment). You can use the Custom JavaScript macro to combine these parts together to get exactly what you want.
