Back to the Future fans. Come to The Americana at Brand tomorrow night (7/23) for a movie. It's $20, but it gets you food and a beer. I'm an 80s kid, and I'm supporting the 30th anniversary of this film. https://www.eventbrite.com/e/burgers-beer-movie-tickets-17800340297

I forgot how good this movie was. Saw it on the big screen for the first time. If you're under 35, see it - if you haven't already!

I love hearing people say, "I don't care what people think." Imagine what that would really be like. We are social beings, and yes, you do care what people think.

A pretty good theater. To me, it's not quite as good as the AMC Theater 16 in Burbank, but it is still really good. Every time I have gone, I have not had a problem. Comfortable seating, good screen and sound. Prices are a little high, but then again that is my complaint about box office prices almost everywhere.

I have not been to the Din Tai Fung in Arcadia, but I can tell you this one was delicious. I had a chance to attend a tasting event prior to their actual grand opening, and tried several of their dishes. Every single dish I tried was great! There was a server named Jason, who service was flawless. We got great food, the moment it was ready. Would I eat here again? 100% yes. . . Well I could do without the long waits I've heard about.

Customer service is horrible. There is a bald Caucasian gentleman who works there who was training somebody. When the guy told him there was a customer waiting, he replied, "Don't worry about that." Not going back. *UPDATE* This place has a B rating. Plenty of cleaner, more sanitary places to eat at nearby.

Great park. It has two giant playsets and two sets of swings. It's small, even for small park standards, but still a great visit for children. One playset is for primary aged children (ages 2yrs - 5yrs) and the other for intermediate aged children (ages 5yrs - 12yrs). One swing set is for babies/toddlers and the other for children/adults. The grounds are very well maintained and safe if your children happen to fall off any equipment. If you live in this area, or happen to be in this area and need a park for your children to play in, then stop by Santa Anita Playlot. Entertaining enough for kids, safe enough for parents.

Very reliable. He also does a good job. Very honest, and knowledgeable on automobiles. The only downside is he keeps telling you your automobile is going to be ready, and it never is on the date he said. I've always gotten it back a bit late. However, he is cheap and he does fix your automobile.

Great park. When first arrived, I was overtaken by the size. It's bigger than I expected. This park has everything you would need for your child. The only safety issue is the actual "rock" playground area. I would definitely not let anyone under the age of eight, play in that area. Has a baseball field for playing catch, lots of open grass, and playsets for almost all ages. This park is definitely worth a visit, and gets a solid A.
