Working on an extension for +Roman Nurik's #Muzei wallpaper application that generates soft, abstract backgrounds using the ColorLover's API. Should be finished after next lunch break, with open source to follow.

Superb analysis of Android Bitmap memory issues - the first, serious PITA issue I ran into when developing back on 1.6 that is STILL something of a bug-bear for the platform. Well worth reading.

My #Muzei  extension is now live - get soft, abstract wallpapers using ColourLover's palette's API at the interval of your choice: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=co.darkindustries.muzeicolours

Code, extra features, and some tweaks coming in the next few days, I think.

+Richard Gaywood You can lower the blur in the main app's settings, so it could produce a decent effect in that case.

Retrofit  -

Hi guys,

I'm using Retrofit and am trying to send a varying number of item ids as form-encoded parameters.
i.e. the resulting parameters are:

           ids[]='aaa'&ids[]='bbb' etc.

Is there an easy method to pass an array of Strings in this way?  (It strikes me as pretty bad REST design, but sadly I can't change the API.)
For example, I'd expect something like this:

           @Field(PARAM_IDS) String... ids

But it doesn't seem to be supported and, digging through the source, I can't see anything obvious.  Any help or pointers would be much appreciated.

Staff are friendly and it's cheap. Currently undergoing heavy construction so it's very, very noisy. Phone ahead to check if it's ongoing. Wifi is €9.50 a day for one device and €2.50 for each subsequent.

Threw out a customer for kissing his date. Homophobia doesn't make for a nice atmosphere.

Decent beer selection, nice atmosphere. Pub quiz is on a Sunday night, which is a pain if you just want a Sunday dinner and quiet pint with the papers, but a very nice local.
