Not sure if I'm supposed to comment here or on the blog post itself, but I LOVE this. Haven't yet mustered the self/schedule control to do this regularly, but it's definitely part of the long term plan and I'm glad to see it can work for someone (like me) for whom cooking even every other day is a non-starter :)
