Learning something new Every Blue Moon!

Look up in the sky tonight to see a ‪#‎BlueMoon‬!
A blue moon is the second full moon in a month and only occurs once every 2 to 3 years. This is where the term 'once in a blue moon' to refer to something uncommon, comes from.
Did you know there's also a black moon? This is the second new moon in a month. It's not talked about as much because you can't actually see a black moon.
You probably know the phases of the moon pretty well, but are you aware of the various theories for how it formed? Check out these moon theories and let us know if you think the Earth's gravity captured the moon, it was made from the remnants of a Mars sized object collision, or something else entirely: http://bit.ly/1LVuED1

Friday Coffee House canceled, but Saturday Pot Luck still on at least for the clean up crew.  ( Don't forget to only use Wawa bathrooms and to bring water :-)  Many thanks to Kevin Gibson and all who help.  Anyone have a little generator  that would hook up to a fridge for a few hours to save the food? Give my mom a call 610-322-9069 Thanks Bunches ~ RA

"Grace comes from surprising places."

Recent events in the life of the world have made it challenging to engage in trust and hope. Parker Palmer turns to another type of knowing that leads to grace and illuminating the darkness.

Beautiful view from Teddy's Place diner just south of the camp meeting! Great food and nice people, too ;-) (you DO have to be ready for the turn very close to the Welcome to PA or Welcome to DE sign on 202 at Hatfield Seafood PS it's a four star restaurant in every way except price :-) The prices are SUPER reasonable!

I had a flat tire while dropping my son off as an intern for the Sun Moon Farm CSA on Thomas Road in Rindge. The whole staff was kind and helpful, they let me hang out until the right tire arrived from their supplier and even shared their fantastic, fresh, everything bagle! You guys are the BEST! Let me know when the picnic table is up by the pretty stone walk :-) ~RA from Delaware

A hidden gem, great people, good, home cooked food. It is a sit down diner with outdoor seating, too. Great place to enjoy a dock side morning all year long.

His photos have always mesmerizes, but having him in the same issue of Outdoor Delaware magazine about Delaware's First Environmentalists, makes me want a poetry book with his photography of the original people! What do you think Kevin? Envisioning the world through Kevin's eyes restores my sense of well being. Thank you, Kevin
