Cody holds a Juris Doctor from Queen’s University, and has served as a senior editor for both the Queen’s Law Journal and the Canadian Labour and Employment Law Journal. In addition, she received numerous accolades, including awards in Labour, Employment & Administrative Law, Evidence Law and Equality Rights and the Charter.
Prior to law school, Cody earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Arts from York University. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2015.
